In June, Reneé Crasto traveled to Harvard Law School in Boston to take an intensive, week-long training session regarding advanced negotiation and mediation skills.  The Harvard Mediation Intensive teaches effective ways to enable parties to settle their differences across a variety of contexts by offering insights into ethical dilemmas, identity-based conflicts, bias and stereotyping, and working with strong emotions throughout the mediation process.
