Throughout 2023, Neale deGravelles has continued to lecture extensively in the area of maritime and admiralty law.  Neale was honored to be invited to lecture at separate maritime conferences hosted by the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Louisiana Association for Justice, and the Paul M. Hebert School of Law at Louisiana State University.  His topics largely focused on the substantial differences between procedural rules in maritime law and Louisiana State Law, and how those differences can be used to help (or hurt) a maritime client’s case.
